The accommodation is a private studio designed for peaceful and comfortable stays. It is located within a spacious lot of approximately 2,000 m², intended solely for this accommodation, and facing a protected forest of several hectares, which provides a sense of spaciousness and direct contact with nature.
Guests have exclusive use of the studio, including the private terrace and the immediate area designated for the accommodation.
Access and exterior areas are designed for peaceful and respectful use of the natural environment and residential neighborhood.
There are no shared common areas with other guests.
We love staying in touch and helping with whatever is necessary during your stay, always through clear and simple messaging communication. At the same time, we respect the privacy and independence of those who prefer to enjoy the accommodation with complete autonomy.
We are available to guide, answer questions and provide remote support within established hours.
The accommodation is located in a low-density residential area, with scattered houses and local neighbors, surrounded by tropical vegetation. Although the environment is very green and peaceful, it is an inhabited area where coexistence and respect for others' rest are valued.
Traffic is minimal and the atmosphere is calm, ideal for those seeking silence, nature and a slow pace of life.
To reach the accommodation, you must go up a hill of approximately 200 meters from the main paved road (Route 256, Puerto Viejo–Manzanillo). Access is via a gravel road, so it is recommended to have a vehicle, ideally 4x4, although in general most vehicles can reach it without any problems.
The area is safe and quiet. It is possible to walk to the beach, and the journey is pleasant, surrounded by nature and without heavy traffic.
The accommodation is surrounded by nature, so the occasional presence of insects and sounds typical of the tropical environment are normal. The studio has air conditioning, allowing you to regulate the temperature according to your preference.
