Cas Frare with a private pool is a charming stone-built house located in the peaceful, rural area of Búger, halfway between the villages of Búger and Sa Pobla. This two-storey property has been lovingly restored with great style whilst maintaining the old and rural character, wooden beam ceilings, tiled floors and beautiful exposed stone walls. The ground floor consists of a cosy lounge with satellite TV, DVD player, a wood-burner and comfortable sofas. A spacious fully equipped kitchen with a dining table/chairs and fitted with modern appliances. A double bedroom and a bathroom. There are 2 further bedrooms upstairs, a double and a twin, both have lovely views towards the village of Búger and share a family bathroom. The house is set in mature gardens with an inviting private pool with Roman steps which is surrounded by plenty of lawn areas, so great for families with children. There are sun loungers and chill-out areas as well as a fabulous covered terrace with a built-in barbecue, large wooden table and benches, perfect for grilled meals al fresco.
