Summary:
Live in the heart of Gainesvilles downtown/campus corridor. Walkable to UF, close to restaurants and cafes, and an easy commute to Shands (just over 1 mile), this place is perfect as your home away from home.

The two-bedroom setup features a king bed and a queen bed, offering premium comfort and flexibility for roommates, families, or traveling professionals. Guest Access:
You'll have private access to your townhouse unit, including a private entrance from the parking lot and the street. The entrance is step-free, ensuring easy access. Inside, you'll have access to two private bedrooms, each bedroom has its own full bathroom, and a living room, a half bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy amenities like air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and free parking (for the first car) on the premises.
The Neighborhood:
Downtown/campus-adjacent Gainesville location just off University Ave. The property is walkable to UF and close to cafes, restaurants, and nightlife. The area blends residential side streets with an urban feel, plus strong bikeability. Quick drive/bike to UF Health Shands (
Getting Around:
This is a very walkable location for Gainesville. You'll also have easy access to your car right outside the parking lot door.
