Bearly Roughing It is tucked into the peaceful, wooded Lake Naomi community in Pocono Pines—close to the Poconos’ biggest attractions while still feeling wonderfully removed from it all.
Enjoy quiet roads, towering trees, nearby lakes and an easy year-round escape for hiking, skiing, waterparks, restaurants and family adventures.
Lake Naomi Club amenities may be available through an optional temporary membership for stays of 7 nights or longer, subject to availability and Club rules. Please ask before booking if Club access is important to your stay.
You have our whole home for your stay, along with the back deck, the wooded grounds, the fire pit, the yoga platform, and our private creek beach. Self check-in is with a smart lock; your code and arrival instructions come through before you get here. The driveway holds six vehicles, and the creek and the woods beyond our property line belong to the community rather than to us.
Fifteen miles from the slopes at Jack Frost Big Boulder, our home sits in the wooded Lake Naomi community with a creek running the length of the back property line. We're a Guest Favorite on Airbnb, ranked in the top 1% of listings for ratings, reviews and reliability.
Our bedrooms sit on three separate floors, so nobody in a group of eight ends up crowded: two king suites with ensuite baths, a bunk room with a twin-over-full and a chalkboard easel, and a queen with the whole third floor to itself, desk and windows over the creek. Four and a half baths, so nobody's left waiting. Inside, the 60-game arcade console sits off the dining room and a reading nook rests on the mezzanine under a skylight.
The path from our back deck runs past the fire pit and the giant swing down to the creek. The fire pit is a hanging cauldron ringed by chairs built from old ski blades, firewood stacked nearby. Further along, the yoga platform sits back in the trees overlooking the water. At the bottom, our creek beach has Adirondack chairs in the sand and a hammock strung between two pines. Hidden along the way is the Fairy Village, for your kids to claim while you lounge by the creek.
