Our space is a 5-minute walk from the Jeunesse Arena and Olympic Park, where the city's biggest events take place. The space: Total security, convenience of having everything nearby (market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. located in the Rio2 condominium shopping center, within walking distance). The apartment space, which comfortably accommodates 8 people, has two great balconies for relaxing (one with a beautiful view of the Jacarepaguá Lagoon). In addition to all this, it's located a few meters from one of the largest shopping centers in Rio de Janeiro: the Metropolitano (which is also within walking distance); and it's less than 6 km from the Olympic Park/Cidade do Rock. BRT transport is available at the condominium entrance, connecting to the Jardim Oceânico Metro station. Guest Access: Due to condominium rules, and prioritizing the safety of residents and guests, it will be necessary to send a photo of the identity document followed by the respective name of each guest. This identification is registered by the condominium administration through the sending of a photo of the ID of all guests up to 48 hours before check-in. If the guest feels uncomfortable sending the document, they may send a photo of the document (without the number) and their name. This document must be presented at the reception on the day of check-in. WITHOUT THIS ADVANCE SUBMISSION, ENTRY WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO SEND IT. This identification will allow the guest to move freely within the condominium. Visits are not allowed in the rental. Other observations: The condominium has total security, with a doorman day and night, as well as a security guard patrolling the common areas. Access to the condominium's shopping area is on foot. There, the guest can go to the supermarket, beauty salon, newsstand, Japanese restaurant, and several fast food outlets. The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, with a complete kitchen, bed linens and towels for each guest, and a hairdryer. It also has a washing machine. The bedrooms have beds: two suites with double beds and two bedrooms with bunk beds, plus two extra single mattresses. The apartment features a large walk-in closet in the master suite, a large wardrobe in the second bedroom, and a three-door wardrobe in the third bedroom. The smaller suite does not have a large wardrobe for hanging clothes, but rather a corner wardrobe with space for some folded clothes. In addition to the en-suite bathrooms, the apartment has a powder room and a bathroom serving the other two bedrooms. There are two balconies: one in the master suite, with a hammock; and a larger one in the living room.
