We stayed in the lower unit, with family and 5 yr old. It was quite and we parked in the back of the home. there was a yard, propane grill, seating area ect and it was all gated and felt safe. The location was great we were visiting MD Anderson and it was a short easy drive both ways. The area is easy to navigate and has so many parks, museums and places to eat n are by. We got groceries at HEB which is also close. The home was very spacious with 2 living areas, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with washer and dryer. Our host was very accommodating and responded to all our questions or anything we needed in a very timely manner. If we ever need to visit the TMC area again this would be or go to. Being so close to the free parks, zoo ect was a big win with our 5 yr old and other adults traveling with us.
