The apartment sleeps up to four guests. The master bedroom features a king bed and private ensuite, while the second bedroom includes two single beds and access to the main bathroom, making it perfect for children, friends or colleagues travelling together.

A fully equipped kitchen allows for simple meals at home, while the open living area with Smart TV flows out to a private balcony — a great spot for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. Split-system heating and cooling provides year-round comfort, and the internal laundry with washing machine and dryer makes longer stays effortless. Off-street parking for one car is also included.
Located in a well-connected Caulfield North neighbourhood, you’ll be close to schools, public transport and local dining options. Start your day with coffee at Frank and Ginger, then enjoy a short walk to the shops and boutiques along High Street.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
