We loved our time in your beautiful newly renovated condo. It was spotless clean, and wonderfully decorated. We have been coming twice a year to 30A for the last 10 years. This is the first time we have stayed the One Seagrove Place Condominiums. The units are very small and compact compared to other places we have been. There were only two of us and we used every inch of the place. The complex is beautifully maintained and organized with staff on site to answer questions or deal with maintenance issues and the residents and guests alike are very kind.We love to cook, which is why we rent a VRBO for vacation instead of stay in a hotel. This condo has a very small kitchen with no storage for food items and could really use more tools like mixing bowls, a whisk, nonstick skillet… But every thing it is stocked with this brand new and fun use.We are in our 60s so after carrying down all the beach gear for a week we decided to splurge and rent the chair and umbrella set up that is available on the beach. It is not necessary to book it ahead online and in fact, they will offer discounts on the beach that are not available online. We would love to suggest that the second bedroom needs drapes to cover the wood blinds at night to keep the outside lights from coming in. That also needs a dresser for guests as well as space cleared up in the closet for guests to hang clothes and put suitcases.The management company as well as the owners were so wonderful to work with
