Welcome to our charming holiday home on Sylt, the ideal retreat for up to 7 people, combining tranquility with modern comfort. Located in a peaceful cul-de-sac in Tinnum, this house offers the perfect base for exploring the island of Sylt without a car, while enjoying the peace and quiet without any disturbing traffic noise. Just about 2 km from the Westerland town limits, you'll find the ideal place for an unforgettable getaway.
The interior of the house leaves nothing to be desired. A cozy living room with an open-plan kitchen invites you to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could wish for: refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and a freezer. A practical sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space. Three separate bedrooms, each with two comfortable box-spring beds that can be pushed together, and their own TVs in each room, guarantee peace and privacy.
Outside the holiday home, an inviting terrace awaits you, directly accessible from the living room, surrounded by a well-maintained lawn and garden area with garden furniture and a barbecue. This area is ideal for enjoying the sun and al fresco dining, and thanks to the complete separation from neighboring properties, your privacy is guaranteed. A reserved parking space in front of the house completes the package.
