The Evergreen Cabin is a brand new luxury A frame Cabin with ocean views and ocean access on the "Quiet Side" of Mount Desert Island. This is a new listing from a Superhost. Acadia is minutes away - Bass Harbor Lighthouse, the Wonderland and Ships Harbor trails in particular. The quaint town of Southwest Harbor is a 5 minute drive. The cabin is located on a 6 acre subdivision made up of 4 cabins and historic home. You have access to 200 feet of rocky beach, a pier and a deep water mooring. This is a brand new 1 bedroom A frame studio cabin built in 2025. Walking into the cabin and you are presented with a living room on the right with a giant A frame window overlooking the beach, dock and the ocean. To the left is a small, very well appointed kitchen with a dining nook suitable for two. Situated along the back wall of the cabin is a king sized bed. Past the kitchen is a stunning full bathroom with walk in tile shower with glass doors and a soaker tub. Evergreen Cabin is easily accessible with parking feet from the entrance. Enjoy an amazing private outdoor space that includes a fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and a stunning view of the sunset. Please note that these pictures were taken while we are still finalizing outdoor landscaping for the season. New pictures will be posted shortly with the final landscaping and outdoor spaces. Guests have access to the private cabin, outdoor amenities, 200 feet of cobblestone beach and the dock. The beach is easily accessible via a short walk from the cabin.
