With a main living area, kitchen and dining space on the ground floor, 2 Ruscon Cottage offers comfortable accommodation that will suit a wide range of requirements. With generous proportions both inside and out, the house is a great option for four people that are looking to enjoy this special part of the North Norfolk coast. With a wood burning stove, Nespresso coffee machine and comfy leather sofas, the cottage makes a comfortable base right by the coast.
Upstairs, two king-size bedrooms with quality furnishings offer quiet, restful sleep after days out exploring. Served by a family bathroom with a bath and shower over, plus there's an additional WC. 2 Ruscan Cottage (4) is also available to book with the addition of a bunk bedroom, listed as 2 Ruscon Cottage.
Outside, you have off-road parking to the front for two cars. In the rear enclosed garden, there is a patio with seating, adjacent to an area of grass. Perfect for families or friends that are looking to relax, while also being secure and suitable for dogs. You can literally walk out the door and head for the coast path, or jump on the bus and explore up and down the coast. Or just sit tight with a glass of something, watching and listening to the evocative sounds of the marshes.
