The spacious 102 m² living area offers plenty of room for up to four people to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable vacation by the North Sea. You’re just about 800 meters from the nearest sandy beach and the North Sea; shopping options are easily accessible 600 meters away, and a restaurant is right nearby, about 150 meters away.
The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is modernly equipped and perfect for cooking and dining together. Here you’ll find a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, as well as a coffee maker and all kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware. The adjacent dining area with a dining table is perfect for social meals, while the cozy sofa corner with comfortable seating and a TV provides a variety of entertainment options. The entire apartment features tile floors, which not only lend an elegant style but also provide comfortable underfloor heating.
Families in particular will appreciate the child-friendly amenities: Babies and children are welcome; all windows have privacy screens and fly screens, and the apartment is designated as a non-smoking area. The two bedrooms each offer cozy retreats; a desk is available for work or creative pursuits. A full-length mirror, dresser, coat rack, shoe cabinet, and clothes rack ensure everyday comfort. The modern heat pump heating system ensures a comfortable living environment year-round; a vacuum cleaner is available if needed.
The high-quality bathroom is equipped with its own sauna, a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, mirror, window, hair dryer, and all necessary amenities. A washing machine and dryer are available for your personal use.
Wi-Fi and internet access allow you to work and browse the web comfortably during your stay.
Another highlight is the inviting terrace, furnished with outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy relaxing moments in the fresh North Sea air. The private parking lot belonging to the accommodation offers a parking space for your vehicle.
