This home is located in a rural area. There a few homes nearby with neighbors, but otherwise it is quiet and private. Mt. Snow and Stratton are close by, so you'll be able to access plenty of restaurants and shopping in those areas. While we are in a rural area, we have excellent, high speed WIFI, making our home the perfect place to vacation while working remotely!

Welcome to Lola's Lookout, our rustic cabin in the Vermont woods! This beautiful cabin combines small-town charms with updated living. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, we can sleep a total of 9 guests. Our home is pet friendly, with a maximum of 2 pets, and we are family friendly as well, with amenities such children plates and utensils, and plenty of land for both kids and pets to roam! We also boast a full spa room complete with indoor hot tub and sauna, both available year round and our upstairs bathroom has a dual-shower head shower, one of which is a rain shower, making our home equally good for a ski or spa vacation! Outside, you'll find a front porch and back deck, perfect for enjoying those summer evenings and inside, we've got a wood stove, perfect for those cozy winter nights. We are just minutes away from Mt. Snow and Stratton Mountain, and Grout Pond and Somerset Reservoir are nearby, making our cabin the perfect getaway any time of year!

There is no public transportation and Uber and Lyft are unavailable. We recommend 4WD/AWD in the winter.

Absolutely No Smoking/Vaping in the home or anywhere else on the property.

We prefer to host guests who are 25 and older.

This home is pet friendly! We have a maximum of 2 pets allowed and we ask guests to please keep all pets off of all furniture including beds. We also ask guests to pick up after their pets, both inside and outside. Pets must be crated if left alone in the home.

We have a spa room with a hot tub and sauna. Please be sure to look over the rules regarding these expensive amenities. Violations of rules and any misuse may result in extra fees.

We have both an indoor wood stove and an outdoor fire pit. You can by bundles of fire wood at any local store or gas station as we do not provide wood. Please note, we do not shovel a path to the fire pit in the winter.

We recommend 4WD/AWD to get to our home. While this home is on a paved road, the driveway is uphill and there are several unpaved roads around our home.
