About this chalet rental
Pure Michigan, 4 seasons. Summer enjoy deck, lake, kayaks, paddle boat or grilling. Fall is Michigan color tours, fishing, hunting. Winter for ice fishing and SKIING! 20ish mins from two resorts.
Romantic getaway OR fully equipped for a group/family. Perfect for 2-10 guests. Full kitchen,
washer/dryer.
Includes 4 kayaks, paddle boat, gas grill, beach towels, life jackets & fishing poles.

The space
Open floor plan main level, great for hosting, cooking and sharing space together. Walks right out onto main deck as well. Main deck has dining table and large gas grill (in season). NO WIFI Nov-April
Master bedroom with queen bed in loft with lake views , private bathroom and ROKU TV. Main floor second bedroom with disconnected bathroom features two double beds. Basement level third bedroom with 2 bunkbeds (4 small beds total, room best suited for children). Additional pullout couch in basement.
Basement also has a recliner TV area with DVD player and pool table. Wi-Fi Available.
Supplies included: One roll toilet paper per bathroom, 2 dishwasher tabs, 2 trash bags, One roll paper towel.

NO PARTIES: The Chain of lakes offers a wonderful mix of active recreation and quiet relaxation. Many property owners around the lakes live there year round. It’s our desire to offer this vacation rental to families which will appreciate the serenity of this community and be respectful to our neighbors. Keeping noise levels low (after dark), maintaining slow speeds on the entry drive, and following all the rules of the waterway - are all elements of making your visit satisfying for all involved. If you choose to book with us, we ask that you make a commitment to be a good neighbor.
All guests need to be 25+ unless with a parent or guardian.

PLENTY of parking. 4 spots on property and a back lot for any overflow or boats/trailers. Property has a key pad entry for easy access.
Other things to note
Stairs. Please note, this property has lots of stairs both inside and out. We include baby gates for use regarding child safely however any adult not able to manage stairs on a daily basis might reconsider this property.
