Lilla Frösunda Herrgård is a historic estate with authentic character and a retro-inspired interior, not a modern luxury villa.
The layout is highly flexible and suited for both professional and private use:
Five large rooms (bedrooms, offices, or breakout spaces)
Two spacious salons for gatherings
Large reception area
Dedicated meeting / boardroom space
The upper floor serves as the main residential area. It includes the bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and spacious living rooms where guests can cook, dine and relax. This floor is comfortable for groups of 4–7 guests, with space for up to nine when agreed in advance.
The lower floor is primarily intended for events, meetings and social gatherings. Its flexible layout can accommodate conferences, workshops, celebrations and other approved occasions.
The garden and terrace can host more than 100 guests, providing additional space for outdoor dinners, group activities and events.
Therefore this property is both tailored to private stays or events.
The kitchen is fully equipped for group use, and additional features include a dressing room with steam shower, washer and dryer, and multiple guest bathrooms.
