About this apartment rental
Bon Bini (welcome) to apartment "Kas di BaMi" A-194. The apartment is located within the gated and secure Seru Coral resort. This small-scale resort is known for its beautiful tropical garden and the largest swimming pool on Curaçao. Kas di BaMi A-194 has been completely renovated.
If desired, a car can be rented for just €27.50 per day.
The area
The resort is very conveniently located. A 10-minute drive takes you to the heart of Willemstad, or to the famous Jan Thiel Beach with its beautiful shoreline, delicious restaurants, and trendy beach clubs. Also just a stone’s throw away are the Ostrich Farm, Aloe Vera Farm, Serena’s Art Factory, and Sint Joris Bay—known for its kite surfers—are just a stone’s throw away.
The apartment is located on the first floor and is right next to the parking lot. From the back door, you can step right into the beautifully landscaped garden, where tropical birds will greet you. The communal pool is a 2-minute walk away and has more than enough lounge chairs, seating areas, and umbrellas for you to use.
The apartment features 1 bedroom with a spacious double box-spring bed and a sofa bed; the living room also has a sofa bed suitable for 2 people. The apartment is well-maintained and fully equipped, has a good Wi-Fi connection, and features both 110-volt and 220-volt outlets.
The front door opens into the entryway. Adjacent to the entryway is the guest restroom.
The kitchen is also adjacent to the entryway. It is fully equipped with, among other things, a stove with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, a wide selection of cookware, dishes, and glassware. There is also a cooler in the kitchen that you can take with you to one of Curaçao’s beautiful beaches. The kitchen is connected to the living room by a small bar.
In the air-conditioned living room, you’ll find the seating area. Here you’ll find a coffee table with a sofa, an armchair, and a two-person sleeper sofa. From the sofa, you can relax and watch the smart TV.
From the living room, you can step out onto your own covered patio. From here, you can sit back and enjoy the view of the shared courtyard garden.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed where you can relax and watch TV. To store your clothes, there’s a large built-in closet with hanging and shelving space, enclosed by large mirrored doors. The room can be cooled using a quiet air conditioner. We can optionally add a crib here.
Adjacent to the bedroom is the bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, toilet, and vanity.
Other things to keep in mind
We live in the Netherlands ourselves. You will be greeted by our property manager. He or she will hand you the keys and the remote control for the entrance gate, and show you around the apartment. The property manager is available to answer any questions you may have. Of course, you can also send us a message for general information, tips, and tricks.
We require a security deposit of €100.00 per week, which must be transferred to our bank account before arrival. Water and electricity costs are not included. Upon arrival and departure, the property manager will take the meter readings together with you. We will transfer the remaining balance back to your bank account immediately at the end of your stay.
With normal use of the air conditioning, you should expect to pay €5.00 per day for water and electricity.
The apartment will be clean upon your arrival. You are responsible for keeping the apartment clean during your stay. Plenty of linens are provided.
