* Basic kitchen for simple meals
* Large and clean bath area with full tub
Sleeping Arrangements:
* 1 King-size bedroom
* 1 Queen-size bedroom
* Linens (1 full set per bed per reservation) and towels (1 full set per unit max occupancy per reservation) included. *No towel/linen turnover service provided
Beach Access and Amenities:
* Beach access located at the end of Pender Ave- about 200 yards from "Seafarer Suite"
* Outdoor seasonal pool
* Pool is open May through October per HOA open/close schedule; *please inquire that the pool has been opened or remains open if booking in May or October

Great for families with kids! Close to the beach with added benefit of a pool. Will be staying again.

We booked the top floor Seafarer Suite but were given the lower floor Sunny Shore Suite instead. We weren't told by Paragon Vacations that they changed our reservation until we called them. This was after trying to unlock the door to the room we reserved and the code didn't work. The Sunny Shore Suite was clean but in disrepair. I also found it difficult to get a wifi signal from the main bedroom. On the positive side, it is close to the beach.
