Welcome to Tropical Sunshine - a newly furnished 4 bedroom home in the gated community of Highgate Park less than 20 mins to Disney. The elevated private deck with pool and hot tub faces south, enjoying the Florida sunshine throughout the day. This home is perfect for families, featuring two living areas, two master king bedrooms, and themed bedrooms for the kids. Don't forget about the air-conditioned games / movie room sure to provide hours of entertainment!
As you enter the property you will find the front living area, greeted by the tropical feel that continues through the design of the home. There are sofas and foosball table to hang out, plus a workspace area with desk and chair.
The main living area is located at the rear of the home overlooking the pool deck. There are comfortable sofas and large screen smart TV with contemporary design.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need to cater for your family and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
There is a breakfast bar for a quick bite, or share a meal together at the solid wood dining table.
The exterior screened-in private deck is elevated and has planted palms around the perimeter to ensure your own secluded oasis. Splash around in the pool or sink into the bubbling hot tub. Pool heating available at an additional cost (new heater Feb 2026). BBQ rental available (3 burner $89 / 4 burner $99) upon advance request. There is a dining table and chairs under the covered shady area plus loungers to enjoy the Florida sunshine throughout the day.
The home boasts two master bedrooms featuring king size beds, ceiling fans and blackout curtains. One of the king bedrooms features doors directly out to the pool deck. There is a nautical themed bunk room (twin above full - top bunk only suitable for child's weight), and a Mickey themed twin bedroom that the kids are sure to love. All bedrooms have smart TVs, all new mattresses Jan 2026!
As a bonus, there is also a games / movie room that has AC. Challenge each other to a game of pool, watch a movie on the large screen TV with sound system, or bring your own games for the consoles (Playstation, Xbox, Wii).
Towels and linens are provided together with new washer and dryer for guest use.
