Enter to a spacious open living room featuring
86inch smart TV, wood burning fireplace, comfortable sectional sofa sleeper that seats 10, and 2 large sliding glass panel doors to bring in the beauty of the Sierra Nevada Foothills.

Follow your open floor plan to a lovely large dining area that seats 10 with an attached fully stocked kitchen.

Kitchen includes dishwasher, electric stovetop and oven/air fry, microwave, toaster, insta pot, and extra-large capacity fridge for plenty of food storage.

Enjoy morning coffee or tea with a KEURIG all-in-one, electric tea pot, electric coffee grinder, stainless steel carafe.

Off the kitchen is a large deck featuring 6 flame burner gas grill with searing station and rotisserie, Blackstone Pizza oven, seating for 8 dining, plus a bonus 4 cushioned chair set with outdoor fire pit.
Oversized sun umbrella is available during summer season.

Continuing on the main floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a laundry room fully stocked and available to use.

First bedroom is a stunning queen bed with 2 nightstands, full closet, portable fan and heater.
Both nightstands are equipped with USB and C chargers, and electric outlets.

Second bedroom features a double size bunk bed with option of a 3rd-trundle bed also a double. Access the top bunk by climbing the wooden staircase, suitable for all ages. Storage is found in the drawers on the staircase. There is a ceiling fan for cool comfort.

The third bedroom features 2 adorable twin beds and a cedar chest for clothing storage as well as a ceiling fan for comfortable air flow.

The 2 bathrooms on the main floor offer shower/tub combos and are stocked with basic shower soaps and both have small child seat attachments for the toilets.

As you head upstairs to the 3rd floor you find a very cozy and well-equipped game room with over 50+board games. A full-size living room, full bathroom and a perfect family style suite. A small deck with room to enjoy a star gazing view.

The upstairs bedroom offers a perfect family suite. Queen bed, mini/split, 2 toddler beds, an electric infant swing, pack-n-play, changing station, and baby bathtub.

And for the ultimate fun family place, downstairs is the totally awesome game room with 50’style Diner!
This features a full-size pool table, a Retro Diner booth that seats 8, classic jukebox box, a 55inch smart TV, 2 arcade style games, full fridge, kitchenette with microwave. Equipped with waffle maker and flat griddle for fun breakfast memories.

There is a half bathroom, and a glass slider leading out to a large deck featuring a charcoal grill and outdoor seating for more outdoor entertaining.

Welcome to ~Deer Heights Lodge~ where comfort meets adventure and amenities abound. Guests enjoy exclusive access to private Crystal Falls Ranch, featuring two lake access points, picnic tables, BBQ pits, children's playground. Enjoy seasonal weekend horseback riding, as well as tennis/pickleball courts, and workout gym- offering something for everyone to relax, play, and explore.

Lake access and Hose Stables are seasonal and are available starting Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Guests will have a user guide once they arrive at the cabin to make accessing all amenities smooth and stress free.
