This modernly furnished vacation rental is located on the first floor of an apartment building.
The living and dining area is furnished with a sofa set and a cable/smart TV.
Thanks to the open-concept layout, the dining and kitchen areas are also accessible from the living room.
The modern kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment (two compartments).
An extractor hood, coffee maker, toaster, and plenty of cookware and tableware are also provided.
From here, you can access the balcony, which is perfect for relaxing. There are four chairs, a table, and a parasol available here.
The bathroom is located right next to the bedroom and features a shower, toilet, mirror, and sink.
The bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2 m) and a spacious built-in closet.
On the floor above is a large, open sleeping area with two single beds (futons, 1.40 x 2 m).
There is also a washing machine here.
The apartment includes a parking space, free Wi-Fi, and a shared storage area for bicycles.
Bed linens and towels are not provided in the vacation rental. However, these can be booked as an add-on for a fee.
One dog is allowed in this vacation rental. Cats are not permitted.
