Sleeps 20+ with 3 Queen beds, 2 single beds -- 17 adult mattresses, 2 couches, 2 recliners and 3 bunk beds (each with Trundle). Another 5-7 can use sleeping bags and air mattresses, if needed. Fireplace wall on all 3 levels make this unique. Deck off of Dining room has glass table & six chairs and patio has 2 BBQ's and twin swing chair, Hot tub (jetted) in lower bath -- usually need to heat more hot water on stove. Stair closet has house supplies -- comforters, blankets, sheets, towels, paper plates + cups, kleenex. -- extra razors and toothbrushes, if you forgot.
