Casale del Mandorlo - Sicilian country villa

Nestled among almond and olive trees, the Casale del Mandorlo is a carefully restored 19th-century farmhouse, where every room retains the charm of traditional Sicilian rural life while offering modern comforts. The property is set within a spacious Mediterranean garden—a peaceful, sun-drenched spot scented with aromatic herbs and cooled by breezes from the surrounding hills. A private pool and a heated hot tub complete this atmosphere of absolute tranquility.
The Main Building
Crossing the threshold, you enter a spacious foyer, designed to comfortably welcome guests. From here, you enter the living room, a warm and airy space where the fireplace serves as the heart of the home. The sofa, the dining area, and the light streaming through the large windows create an intimate atmosphere, perfect for spending evenings in good company.
The fully equipped kitchen maintains an elegant simplicity reminiscent of old country homes: wooden surfaces, understated ceramics, and everything needed to prepare meals independently.
Rounding out the first floor are a guest bathroom and a convenient laundry area.
Heading up to the first floor, you’ll find the master bedroom. Here, light takes center stage: a large French door opens onto the garden, offering a relaxing view that changes color as the hours pass. The bedroom features an elegant and functional private bathroom.


Secondary building
The first bedroom you encounter is a spacious master bedroom with a private bathroom. The room is bright, finished with natural materials and minimalist furnishings that evoke the colors of the Sicilian countryside. The bathroom, also private, is elegant and functional, with details that evoke the region’s artisanal traditions.
Continuing on, you’ll find the second double bedroom, a space that exudes calm and intimacy. The morning light bathes it in a special way, making this space ideal for those who love to wake up slowly while enjoying the peace of the countryside.
Next to it is a bedroom with a queen-size bed, perfect for an adult or a young guest. The room is cozy, comfortable, and furnished with simple yet refined taste, ideal for those who want their own quiet space within the farmhouse.
Serving these two rooms is an additional bathroom—convenient and well-organized—with refined finishes and a harmonious atmosphere that echoes the natural colors of the surrounding environment.


The Outdoor Area
The centerpiece of the outdoor area is the 10x3-meter private pool, surrounded by local stone and relaxation areas furnished with lounge chairs and shaded seating. Next to it, the jacuzzi—which can be heated upon request—offers moments of relaxation with a view of the countryside.
The property spans 5,000 square meters, and the garden completely surrounds the villa, alternating between manicured areas and more natural sections. Here, the scent of rosemary, lavender, and almond trees accompanies every stroll, along with the opportunity to harvest capers, asparagus, oregano, wild fennel, and seasonal wild herbs, offering an authentic experience in harmony with nature.
There is also a barbecue area, a small soccer field, and spaces ideal for reading, meditating, or simply listening to the sounds of the countryside.

The private parking lot can accommodate several cars and is equipped with a charging station for electric vehicles. Cost: 1 euro per kWh
Heated Jacuzzi: Heating available upon request at an extra cost of 200 € per week or 120 € for 4 days.
