Enjoy a comfortable stay in this stylish 2 bedroom apartment in Central El Paso, ideally located near Downtown, UTEP, Fort Bliss, Memorial Park, hospitals, the El Paso Zoo, Franklin Mountains, shopping, dining, nightlife, and the Bridge of the Americas to Mexico.
The apartment features two queen bedrooms, a bright living room with Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a second Smart TV in one of the bedrooms. A washer and dryer are located inside the unit, making the space especially convenient for longer stays, traveling professionals, contractors, and families.
Guests have private access to the entire apartment, including the kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedrooms, and outdoor patio area. The patio is not fully fenced, but it offers a comfortable and private setting. One bedroom has direct access to the patio through a sliding door, and the patio can also be reached from the kitchen.
Parking is a major advantage of this property. The apartment includes a long designated parking area where up to two vehicles can park one behind the other. The space can also accommodate a large work truck, U Haul, or RV.
The neighborhood offers a quiet residential feel while remaining close to major destinations. UTEP, Downtown El Paso, Fort Bliss, hospitals, Memorial Park, Piedras Street restaurants and nightlife, and access to I10 are all just a short drive away.
