- Guests are required to provide a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in.
- The person making the booking and checking in must be at least 25 years old. He/she is responsible for the stay and behaviour of all guests in the property.
- Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance. This can be done via the guest portal.
- This accommodation does not accept parties and events.
- There must be silence between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.
- Guests will receive a rental agreement to be signed and returned to the accommodation before arrival.
- A deposit is required. This is collected via credit card. The deposit will be automatically released within 7 working days after check-out, unless damage has been caused. It may take another 5-10 working days before the transaction is visible in your bank account. Depending on your card provider, a reservation/release may not be visible.
- In the event that resort facilities are available (such as a swimming pool, gym, sauna, hot tub, etc.), the tenant is responsible for verifying the current opening hours and conditions of access in advance. Neither the landlord nor the hosting company is liable for any temporary closures, defects or maintenance work on these facilities.
- Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the accommodation. Pets are not allowed either.
