Magna House is located in Egham, a charming area known for its close proximity to Royal Holloway, University of London. The neighbourhood boasts a mix of historical charm and modern convenience, with local shops, cafes, and the beautiful Windsor Great Park just a short drive away.
Egham Station is a mere 10-minute walk from Magna House and offers direct train services to London Waterloo in approximately 40 minutes. Local buses also connect to nearby towns, making exploration convenient.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
