The living room opens onto a separate, air-conditioned loggia with a sofa bed (140cm) and television. You can access the superb terrace from the loggia, the living room, or the bedroom. The terrace, facing south and west and shaded by an awning, provides direct access to the beach via a private gate. The bedroom, furnished with a 160cm double bed and a dressing room, also has access to a loggia and the terrace. The bathroom has a shower, and the toilet is separate. This apartment, with air conditioning in the living room and loggia, includes Wi-Fi access and access to the residence's shared parking (spaces are not assigned and are not guaranteed).
Additional charges: Tourist tax/electricity during the heating season.
