This charming, romantic and Zen cottage, artist decorated is part of an Old Florida colonial farm of the Grove, . It has been constantly and very carefully maintained. It's magnificent decor is the creation of an artist.

The cottage has a total superficy of 650 sf, including a large deck of 150 sf that extends its living room with its french doors opening to the deck directly.
For a single or a couple.
There is an enclosed space for pets but only well-behaved pets are allowed and only on a case by case basis.
The large deck has a nice pergola with planters filled with flowering bougainvilleas, a table and chairs and a grill, all fit for a candle lit dinner outdoors al fresco.
