First floor: Relaxation and services
A secure entrance by digicode and a very large entrance hall allow you to access the house. The first floor is dedicated to leisure facilities and the logistics of the house. You will find:
- a Wellness and leisure area: a large indoor swim spa heated to 30°C and accessible all year round, with a direct view of the sea and the Kermorvan peninsula.
- a first independent bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) with its own bathroom (bath) and a toilet. Ideal for those who want a little independence with a soothing view of the sea.
- a complete laundry room (washing machine, dryer, second fridge freezer and a second wine cellar), essential for the organization of large tribes.
- a large garage can park two cars, it is equipped with a slow charging socket for electric cars.
The first floor is served either by the staircase or by a lift.
First floor: the Panoramic Heartland
The first floor is dedicated to conviviality with large volumes opening onto the ocean.
- The living room: a living room of 85 m² offering a rare volume. It has a wood-burning stove and a retractable TV to give absolute priority to the landscape.
- A large terrace with large garden furniture, parasol and deckchairs. A natural extension of the living room, it is the ideal observation point for the sunset over the islands.

- Cleaning: mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee of €300.
- Electricity: 300 kWh electric package per week included (excess charged according to meter reading).
- Deposit: a deposit of €800 will be required (check, cash, pre-authorization credit card).
