The newly renovated Sagebrush Casita is a beautiful, spacious 2 bedroom home on an historic property, adjacent to down town Santa Fe. Walking distance to everything Santa Fe has to offer, yet tucked away on a quiet street, secluded from town. Inside, the main floor of this 2 bedroom vacation rental comprises 1000 square feet of newly updated space. High ceilings and many windows provide abundant natural light to the open and airy kitchen and dining space, with separate living room. The home comfortably sleeps four, having two king bedrooms, each with stylish ensuite bathrooms. A gas fireplace in the master bedroom as well as the living room provides warmth on those chilly Santa Fe nights! Bonus of an additional powder room in the laundry area. All rooms have been individually decorated with quality furnishings, lending unique appeal, and character to the overall interior design scheme.
The open space kitchen and dining area is large, light, and comfortably furnished. The pantry is well stocked with everything you may need to dine at home. The Sagebrush Casita kitchen was renovated with new shelving, custom cabinetry, lights, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances-a truly functional space! The table in the spacious dining area is capable of seating four. A large private patio with plenty of room for everyone to sit and an outdoor gas barbecue complete this lovely East Side house!
