About this house rental
Home located on the golf course of the Princess Mundo Imperial hotel. You can purchase priority day passes to access the hotel and all of its services; prices change frequently. The house features one private pool and a communal pool, as well as children’s swings, tennis courts, and paddle tennis courts. All rooms have individual air conditioning. The fourth room is intended for service staff but may be used by guests. The property is a double-gated community with 24-hour security, designed to accommodate pets and withstand the annual hurricane season, and features new furniture and artwork in every room.
The Space
The house is in perfect condition; most of the furniture was replaced after each hurricane. There is a communal pool and a private pool, both of which are beautifully lit at night. Beach access is available; housekeeping is included upon arrival and departure, and it is possible to extend the service for additional days. The fourth room is intended for service staff but can be used by guests. The support staff can be asked to cook and do grocery shopping for an additional fee. A priority day pass for the Pierre Mundo Imperial hotel is available for purchase from Friday through Saturday; Sunday passes must be purchased in advance. SkyTV service is available in the living room and master bedroom.
Guest access
The standard check-in time is typically 3:00 PM, while the standard check-out time is usually 11:00 AM.
If there is no conflict with another reservation or the cleaning staff, this can be arranged to fit your needs accordingly at no extra cost.
Other things to note
Early check-in may be available.
Pets are not allowed in any of the pools.
There is an additional charge for extra guests, and a limit applies.
No gender reveal parties, unauthorized photo shoots, or filming.
PET RULES
The purpose of this regulation is:
- To ensure that condominium owners, family members, and visitors can coexist without discomfort
- To ensure that the hygiene conditions of the condominium are not compromised.
- To promote a culture of mutual respect among condominium owners and maintain a high quality of life
in the condominium.
- To ensure that common areas and the garden designated as pet areas are properly maintained.
1. Rules and Responsibilities
1.1 Condominium owners may keep pets as long as they remain inside their apartment.
1.2 All pets must be vaccinated in accordance with health requirements.
1.3 It is the owner’s obligation, and the building management is authorized to report to the competent authorities
any type of pet that is prohibited by law, whether kept in captivity or
not inside the condominium.
1.4 It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that every pet has identification on its collar (owner’s name and
phone number).
1.5 The Administration shall maintain an up-to-date list of pets in the condominium. It is
the owner’s obligation to register their pet with the administration.
1.6 It is forbidden to take your pet out of the apartment without a leash.
1.7 Pet owners shall be responsible for ensuring that their pets do not cause excessive noise; in the event that
there are repeated complaints from a neighbor, the committee and the administration will decide that the pet must be removed
from the condominium.
1.8 Pet owners and/or persons walking pets are responsible for picking up
feces left in the garden designated as a pet area. It is also prohibited to use the
areas of the building for this purpose; otherwise, a fine will be imposed.
1.9 If a pet soils a neighbor’s property and its owner fails to clean it up, the pet owner will be fined.
1.10 If a pet attacks a neighbor, the owner’s authorization to continue keeping the pet inside the building is revoked.
In addition, the pet owner must cover all medical expenses and provide proof of the pet’s vaccination
status.
1.11 If any type of pet waste is left in the secondary elevators, it will result in
a fine.
1.12 It is strictly forbidden to transport your pet in any main elevator. If you ignore
this warning, you will be fined.
2. Penalties for Violations and Fines
2.1 Administrative Penalty: Do not continue to allow the pet to remain in the building.
2.2 Financial Penalty: Fines will be 15 to 30 times the value of the Unit of Measurement
as currently defined.
2.3 Pets will be permitted to stay as long as the noise, barking, and odors do not
disturb any neighbors.
2.4 Cases or situations not covered by these regulations that warrant penalties, as well as lying,
cheating, or circumventing the rules to avoid compliance, will be reviewed by the committee, whose decision will be final, and the
will be enforced by the Building Management.
