About this house rental
"Coast & Cosy" is a new, spacious vacation home built in 2024 to meet the highest standards. With approximately 100 m² of living space and situated on a 587 m² lot, it warmly welcomes up to four guests to relax and unwind.
The lovingly and luxuriously furnished house is located directly on an inland lake (Pütten) in a prime location in the popular North Sea resort of Tossens. Just about 80 m from the top of the dike—with direct access—you can reach the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site, the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea, in no time.
Here you’ll find plenty of opportunities to relax, such as taking long walks, going on bike rides, or joining a (guided) mudflat hike, or by relaxing on the partially covered terrace in your own garden or in the on-site sauna. Take the little ones to the “Friesenstrand” or, in case of bad weather, enjoy the numerous indoor activities. This state-certified seaside resort is also ideal for people with allergies.

At “Coast & Cosy,” you’ll find, among other things (detailed list available upon request):
a bedroom on the first floor with a double box-spring bed and a smart TV, a bedroom on the upper floor with a bunk bed and a smart TV, a bathroom on the first floor with a shower and toilet, a bathroom upstairs with a shower and toilet, an open-concept living-dining area with a direct view of the lake through large panoramic windows (equipped with a couch, beanbag chair, table, sideboard with an XL smart TV, digital radio/CD player, and Blu-ray DVD recorder), a fully equipped, high-quality built-in kitchen, an infrared sauna, a carport and an additional parking space right next to the house, a bike rack, an air-to-air heat pump with pollen filters, blackout options for the bathrooms and bedrooms via electric roller shutters, fly screens, pleated blinds, and Wi-Fi included.
“Coast & Cosy” is a pet-free, non-smoking home. If you’d like to smoke, you can do so comfortably on the covered terrace overlooking the lake.
On-site fees: Bed linens can be added to your reservation for a fee of 20€. Towels can be added to your reservation for a fee of 16€. A security deposit of 100€ is due to the property management upon arrival. A €50 deposit is required to check out the garden grill.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 00:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
