The apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained building and offers private access, free parking directly at the property, and flexible check-in and check-out options. The apartment features a balcony, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a sofa, a seating area, allergy-friendly amenities, and hardwood or parquet floors, ensuring guests feel completely at home. Check-out is available between midnight and 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements, if necessary. Keys are provided via a key box. You will receive the code in advance of your arrival. Guests must keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Pets are allowed upon request.
