1 Room / DEN / Office on ground floor has a sofa bed that may be used as a Bedroom or Office. Need advance notice so the furniture may be re-arranged to turn the office into a bedroom.
Please check in advance if this can be done in timely manner or not.
Entire Home including the Basement is accessible to the guest as well as the garage and the back yard.

We were able to check in easily. We basically used it as a place to sleep since we were on the go most of the time we used the property. It was more than adequate for what we needed.
