Marwin Terra Hotel

The hotel staff was very nice, helpful and friendly! Always ready to help and assist. Hotel rooms are very nice, minimalistic design and spacious for us to put all our shopping bags. Definitely has the space to open up 2-4 big luggage and still have ample of walking space. The hotel is also very near the airport station line, just a 5mins walk. Very convenient to get to SIAM area in just 4-5 stops. Also has 7-11 directly outside the hotel. Some downside - The soundproofing of the rooms, as we can hear noise from outside the hotel mainly from the train that passes by near the hotel, it acts like a morning alarm everyday that we got woken up by it. - Toilet is very small and water from the showers tend to flow out which cause the toilet floor to be wet.

Firstly, room cleanliness is top notch and well-equipped with good (non-drying) toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap and toothbrush set). There’s also free canned drinks, light snacks, tea and coffee in the room. Pillows come with 2 thickness to choose from, duvet is well-weighted, sheets are clean and no smell. Shower pressure is also good and water heat up well and fast. Bathtub is also clean, water also fills up fast and it is big enough to fit 2 pax. Secondly, staff are all super welcoming, always greet us every time we leave or return to the hotel. Also gave us suggestions on restaurants based on our cravings. They are all super lovely, including their housekeeping team. Really impressed us with the same-day birthday surprise prepared when we returned to our room on the day of my boyfriend’s birthday, they decorated the bed, toilet and mirrors with cute art and free snack gift from the hotel as well. Been to many hotels and this is the most effort put in for birthday surprise tbh, super impressed and jaw dropped when we open the door hahah. Thirdly, location is also super convenient with BTS very nearby (albeit we just took grab all the time but next time we’ll defo try out the BTS because Bangkok’s traffic is just the best am I right), 7-11 like just 10 seconds walk away? A lot of eateries nearby, there’s a seafood restaurant super nearby like diagonally across the hotel (beside Vibrant Tango hotel or something similar) that serves pretty good steamed sea bass. Also super near pratunam night market, feels like we could walk to Centralworld if we wanted to tbh (but again, grab everywhere so never walk). Will definitely come back here to stay on our next trip back to Bangkok! One small con would be the noise isolation is not the best (so if you’re in the corridor, you’ll literally hear all the rooms’ conversations if they’re even remotely laughing), and there were some water dripping sound (? assumption, because we didn’t find any water dripping in our bathroom) throughout the night so if you get annoyed by this kind of tiny tiny bit of sound, you might wanna keep that in mind, but that’s definitely not stopping us from staying here again!

Staff service was exceptional, super polite, friendly, go beyond the extra mile to help carry luggages. Even walked along the streets with us to bring us to a nearby pharmacy! Room was clean, spacious, aesthetically pleasing, I couldn’t find any flaw. Location was spot on, hotel was near shopping districts, halal food all around. Would definitely come back to this hotel if I ever visit Bangkok again! 10/10 would recommend anyone to stay here.

Friendly service staff , fast checked in and checked out. Clean n big room of family of 4. Good location and very near airport rail station. Will stay again when I visit Next time.
