With a small terrace to enjoy the outdoors, this apartment comprises :
- a comfortable living room and dining area,
- a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge),
- bedroom with 140 cm double bed,
- separate WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron,
- TV, Wifi,
- radiators, smoke detector, clothes hangers,
- communal swimming pool open from July to September.
There is also underground parking and a view of the houses nestled in the pine trees.
Noise is not accepted after 10 pm.

- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e
