This stunning multi-level townhouse in the heart of Peregian Beach has all the comforts and convenience to give you a luxurious and relaxing escape by the beach. Spread over four levels including a roof top deck and great outdoor areas for all to enjoy, plus incredible location with only a walk across the road to the pristine patrolled Peregian Beach, dog friendly beach, family park and of course all that Peregian Village has to offer.
The duplex townhouse has secure grounds with an electric security gate with pedestrian access and an electric, remote controlled double garage.
At entry level, extending from the garage is the media room with air conditioning, Foxtel channels to the TV and a Ping Pong table for endless entertainment.
The main level boasts spacious open plan dining, kitchen and living areas with a large east facing front balcony and back patio. Enjoy glimpses of the ocean from the front balcony and step down to your private plunge pool. The back patio has outdoor lounges and sun lounges, a gas BBQ and a clothesline to access easily from the Laundry, also on this level along with a powder room.
The kitchen is well equipped with easy-to-use cooking facilities and plenty of space and a breakfast bar. The living room TV has Foxtel also, plus other streaming services.
Upstairs are the three bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, Digital TV, built in wardrobe and a balcony looking out to the ocean.
