About this apartment rental
Located in Grafing near Munich, this freshly renovated and bright 65 m² apartment welcomes up to 6 guests (including 1 infant) with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The apartment features new furnishings, including a box spring bed. The fully equipped kitchen offers a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, bread slicer, ample dishes, and an induction stove. Wi-Fi is available to you. All rooms are heated, and you will also find a TV, CD/radio and DVD player, a baby cot, child’s toilet seat, and potty.
Enjoy your private balcony or relax in the shared garden with seating area. A communal grill is available for cozy evenings.
You have access to two shared parking spaces at the house, a bicycle room, as well as toys and books for children. Events are not permitted, and pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but is permitted on the balcony. Public transport such as the S-Bahn can be reached in about 10 minutes.
The central location offers quick access to Munich (30 minutes) and the Alps (45 minutes). Nearby, you will find city tours, golf, horseback riding, swimming pool, ice rink, hiking and cycling trails. Cleaning service is available during your stay for an additional fee.

The apartment is charming, clean and very functional. We stayed there for two weeks. It is located close to grocery stores and transportation. The owners are very helpful and easily accessible, but not intrusive. The town of Grafing is a charming traditional German town with the most wonderful bakery in the town center. We rented a car at the Munich airport and drove the 50 minutes to The apartment. You are centrally located to most attractions in Bavaria and we even drove in to Austria. I heartily recommend this property for a very relaxing and delightful vacation stay.

We stayed at Hannalore's place for a week. Nice upstairs apartment, very clean upon arrival. Hannalore was there to greet us and show us around. Short walk to the train station for connections to Munich and other places. Tried several excellent restaurants in Grafing.
