Beautiful, cozy apartment for two people on the first floor of an apartment building with its own ground-floor balcony/patio. Just a few steps away—in just a few minutes—you’ll feel the sand beneath your feet! The apartment features a living/sleeping area with a dining nook and the balcony. It also includes a bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette in the entryway (which can be separated by a door). Of course, you’ll have your own parking space!

General Information
The municipal visitor’s tax (OSTSEE CARD) is charged separately island-wide. Bed linens and towels are not provided at the property but can be made available for a rental fee.
During the months of November and December until the start of the school break, and from January after the end of the school break through March, there may occasionally be increased noise levels in the residential complex due to possible renovation work.
