1 bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 sinks, toilet grinder
a large living room with television, large sofa and voltaire armchair, opening onto the terrace of 30 m2 with garden furniture for 6 people too. .
Private above-ground saltwater swimming pool with free access
from June to September to be shared with the owners
