Put down your suitcases and enjoy a gentle stay in this beautiful bright Breton house of 150 m², ideal for holidays with family or friends. Located in a quiet and green environment, it is only 15 minutes from the beaches and 10 minutes from the historic center of Quimper.
Upon arrival, the house seduces with its beautiful volumes, its functional layout and its wooded garden, perfect for relaxing, sharing meals outdoors or letting the children play in peace.
The villa can accommodate up to 6 people and has 3 bedrooms with quality 140 cm double beds hotel
A fourth sleeping area can be arranged thanks to the sofa bed located on the mezzanine, located above the kitchen
Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, which is very appreciable for families or multigenerational stays.
The house offers all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay:
a fully equipped kitchen open to a large living room / dining room, warm and bathed in light, with direct access to the garden.
On the sanitary side, you will have:
- 1 shower room
- Separate toilet
- 1 additional water point in a bedroom
It is above all a family home, where you take the time to live, in a relaxing and typically Breton atmosphere.
