About this house rental
Charming accommodation imagined by your hosts Christine and Vincent in a space independent of a 19th century winegrower's building, this accommodation restored with the aim of preserving the "old stones" spirit while providing modern comfort offers a capacity for 4 travelers.
The place will seduce you with its many assets:
- its neat decoration embellished with objects found during the many trips made by your hosts,
- by its pretty little patio allowing an outdoor area while remaining sheltered from the heat,
- by the sharing according to time slots established with the owner of a large relaxation area (with a swimming pool with counter-current swimming, deckchairs, lounge area),
- by its prime location in the heart of the village of Capestang with its very lively square lined with old plane trees, its beautiful Collegiate Church of Saint Étienne and its 12th century castle, and a stone's throw from the very touristic Canal du Midi,
- by its ideal geographical location in the Hérault department, half an hour from the beaches, 15 km from Béziers or Narbonne, 45 minutes from the Haut Languedoc Natural Park and the Montagne Noire, 1 hour from Montpellier or the Spanish border...
Relaxing or tourist holidays in the region, nature lovers will already find what they are looking for in the immediate vicinity of the house.
You will have walking access to all the shops in the village including an excellent bakery and pastry shop less than 100m from the accommodation, butcher, caterer, fishmonger, restaurants, pizzeria, bank, post office as well as the traditional typical and lively market on Wednesday and Sunday mornings. A sound and light show on the façade of the church is offered on Wednesday evenings over several weeks of the summer.
For logistics, a car space is reserved just in front of the house. It is also possible to store bicycles in the barn of the main house.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, ceramic hob, classic coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine.
