And of course, take some time to soak in the incredible views while enjoying an evening glass of wine or morning cup of coffee from one of the several balconies. Fire up the BBQ grill to test out your grilling skills, while just around the corner the kids and family can enjoy the outdoor fireplace. This was a great getaway, Whispering Pines is a large lodge with king size beds in each bedroom, and also full bath/showers in each bedroom, as well as half bathrooms in the game area and downstairs. Large kitchen and dining areas, the back porch is spacious with the hot tub on one end, and plenty of seating both inside and on the porches. Nice proximity to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, as well as the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. So many things to do and see in the area, but the best place is just relaxing in the lodge and enjoying the mountainside! We look forward to staying here again, thank you!

Nice cabin. Loved the layout. But the pictures must have been taken right after it was built bc it was definitely not new. Needed several minor repairs. And the fire pit area was run down and unusable. But with a little TLC it would be perfect except for the fact it has sulfur water. For most people this wouldn’t be a problem, but for us it was. The smell was awful. I know there is nothing that can be done about the water bc of the cabins location high up on the mountain, but it does have a gorgeous view.
