Docked boat in Stock Island, FL

About this docked boat rental
Dolce Vita is a comfortable motor yacht with an updated interior and air conditioning that keeps her cool throughout. She's docked at Perry Hotel and Marina on Stock Island, with two pools, an outdoor bar, on-site restaurants, and laundry facilities a short walk from the dock.
A few steps from the aft deck lead down into the saloon. Dolce Vita sleeps four across two cabins. The master cabin sits aft with a walk-around queen bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, and a smart TV. The forward cabin has a double berth with an adjoining bathroom. Between them, the saloon is the main living space with sectional seating, a smart TV, and large windows looking out over the marina. A few steps down from the saloon lead to the galley and dining area with a built-in bench around a round dining table.
The aft deck is where the stay opens up. A dining table for four sits under open sky, set up for alfresco meals, evening drinks, and morning coffee with the marina as the backdrop. From the deck, the slip overlooks the main pool 30 yards away, with the outdoor bar steps beyond. Drive right up to the slip and step aboard.

Good to Know Before You Book
Dolce Vita is a comfortable place to stay, but she's a boat, and she lives a little differently from a house or hotel. We'd rather you know before you book:
•Cabins and bathrooms are cozier than a hotel room, with clever built-in storage to make •the most of the space.
•Even in the sheltered slip you may notice gentle movement or some marina sounds now and then. For most guests, that's part of the charm of staying on the water.
•Getting aboard and moving between the deck, saloon, and galley involves a few short sets of steps, so she isn't suited to guests with mobility limitations.
•Onboard systems like the AC, water, and bathrooms work a little differently from a house. •Our co-host Tanya, shows you how everything works on arrival, and the essentials are in your welcome guide.
HOUSE RULES
•Check-in 4-7 PM, checkout by 10 AM
•4 guests maximum
•Quiet hours 9 PM to 7 AM, please be considerate of liveaboard neighbors
•No parties or events
•No smoking indoors
FAQ’s
•This is a yacht, not a hotel - spaces are more compact than typical accommodation.
•Some gentle movement or marina noise may be experienced, even though the slip is sheltered.
•Onboard systems (AC, water, power) are maintained regularly but operate differently than in a house.
•The forward bathroom is a half bath with no shower; the master ensuite has the only onboard shower. Marina bathhouse showers are also available a short walk from the dock.
•Hot water is switched on at the main panel. Running it 1 to 2 hours a day provides constant hot water.
•The free shuttle to Old Town Key West runs hourly throughout the day and until around 10:30 PM, and Uber is readily available. About 15 minutes each way.
•Professional cleaning between every stay.
