About this house rental
A charming home, designed to provide guests with a sense of calm and relaxation, so they can feel right at home.
We are located in a peaceful, nature-filled area in the heart of Asturias
La Casina de Cués has a total area of 90 m2, accommodating up to 7 people and divided into 2 floors:
On the first floor, there is a cozy living-dining room with a fireplace, which adds great warmth to the space, and a sofa bed for 2 people. At the far end of the room is the kitchen, equipped with high-quality appliances—including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave, and range hood—as well as all the necessary kitchenware. On the same floor, there is also one of the bathrooms and a very useful pantry with a washing machine.
It features a comfortable two-person sofa bed with a wooden table in the center of the room, a 32-inch plasma TV, and a coffee table. Several board games to enjoy on winter afternoons. The highlight of this floor, aside from all of the above, is the impressive porch at the front of the house, which features a table and several wooden chairs where you can enjoy the sunset and have breakfast in style.
The upper floor is divided into several rooms: two bedrooms (each with a 1.35-meter bed) and a large closet in each, with the option of adding a single rollaway bed in one of them. There is also a full bathroom with a shower.
The best part of this floor is being able to take in the surroundings in all their splendor from the balcony and enjoy the views it offers. Enjoy it.
Outside the house, you can enjoy a beautiful, lovingly tended garden and a charming traditional Asturian granary.
House Rules for the Casina de Cués
*-“Casina de Cués” has house rules that guests must follow.
In the event of non-compliance, the property reserves the right to terminate the contract unilaterally without any refund of the stay’s cost.
*- Due to the wastewater disposal system, it is essential not to flush baby wipes, sanitary pads, or any other items other than toilet paper down the toilet.
*-The agreed-upon price is based on the number of people and nights booked; under no circumstances will additional guests beyond the number specified in the booking be permitted without prior notice.
*-In the event of a cancellation and/or early checkout, the guest must pay for the full number of days booked.
*-The following are not permitted: visitors; moving furniture; or holding parties or gatherings that cause mess, noise, damage, breakage, and/or hazards—neither inside the house nor in the garden.
*-Out of respect for our neighbors, please refrain from making noise between 12:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
*-The total amount for the stay must be paid in full in accordance with Airbnb regulations.
*- Please take care of the furniture and leave the house as clean as possible.
*-Do not let trash accumulate inside or outside the house; the nearest trash bin is located on your left as you exit the house.
*-In winter, it’s very important to conserve heat. Keep doors and windows closed while the fireplace is lit to avoid wasting energy; avoid leaving doors and/or windows open for long periods of time.
*-If there is any malfunction or damage, please report it so we can try to fix it as soon as possible.
*-Smoking is not permitted in any room of the house. Law 28/2005 of December 26. Official State Gazette (B.O.E.) 12/27/05.
*- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.; these times may be adjusted upon request, subject to availability.
