GITE in the heart of the Drôme Provençale The owners welcome you to a beautiful stone house in the Drôme Provençale adjoining the owners' house. It is 2 km from La Bégude de Mazenc, a village with all amenities and 16 km from Montélimar.
Traditional stone farmhouse set in 6000 m2 of wooded parkland.
The cottage comprises a living room with an open-plan kitchen and wood-burning stove, one separate bedroom with a double bed and a second mezzanine bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a bathroom with shower and washbasin, a separate toilet, hallway and storage cupboards, a covered terrace with barbecue overlooking the garden and a 9 m x 4 m swimming pool located 30 metres from the cottage, sheltered from the wind and out of sight (the pool is closed from October to April).
La Valdaine 18-hole golf course 11 km away, horse boarding next to the property, horse-riding at La Batie Roland 6 km away, hiking, cycling and mountain biking on paths starting from the house, quad biking at Dieulefit 15 km away, paragliding at Vesc 23 km away, canoeing in the Ardèche gorges 45 km away, accrobranche, canyoning, via ferrata, climbing, adventure course and paintball at Comps 19 km away, Self form (wellbeing and bodybuilding) in La Bégude 2 km, aviation, gliders, aeromodelling in Pierrelatte 34 km, the crocodile farm in Pierrelatte, ELLIP6 16 simulators (F1, rally, helicopter, etc) in Pierrelatte, tennis courts in the grounds of the château de La Bégude Throughout the year, on Wednesdays, pétanque enthusiasts meet at 10 a.m. in the grounds of the château, where the boulodrome is located and everyone is welcome. If you don't have a GPS or if you're lost, stop at the village post office and phone us, we'll come and get you.
