If you aren’t heading to the stadiums, we recommend using Terry Dr to E. Abram St. as a way to/from the property in case there is a lot of traffic on Stadium Dr.



If you decide to walk to Globe Life, AT&T Stadium and even Texas Live!, walk down Elder Dr towards Stadium Dr. and use the crosswalk at E. Division St. to be on the side of the 7/11.



For parking, during non peak hours, Texas Live! generally has free parking if there isn’t an event going on.



Other Things to Note:

✔ Quiet hours are 9 PM – 7 AM (please gather indoors during this time)

✔ No parties or events

✔ Only registered guests allowed on the property

✔ Driveway parking only (no street parking at any time)

✔ No smoking or vaping indoors (fees apply if detected)





✔ Trash day is Wednesday:

• Place bins at curb Tuesday evening (after 7 PM)

• Return bins by Thursday morning

• Do not leave trash outside bins



✔ One closet in the living room/game room area will remain locked



✔ Please respect the home and neighbors



Starter Supplies:

We provide a starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and dish soap. Additional supplies are not replenished during your stay.



Towels & Linens:

A limited number of towels and bed linens are provided at check-in. Extra towels and mid-stay linen service are not available. Guests may use the in-home washer and dryer as needed.
