About this house rental
Welcome to our wonderful oasis in the village of Örum, in the heart of Österlen!
From here, you’re close to everything Österlen has to offer: beaches, attractions, galleries, and restaurants.
The guesthouse is a small cottage set in a 1,600-square-meter garden. The house is 25 square meters and consists of one large room that accommodates a spacious kitchen, an adjustable 180 cm double bed, a TV, a TV stand with storage, a dining area, armchairs, and a tall cabinet. The kitchen was renovated in 2024 and is fully equipped. It features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove, a range hood, an oven, and a microwave. The bathroom is modern and features a shower, toilet, and sink. It was renovated in the 1990s.
Garden & Patio
The 1,600-square-meter garden is secluded and features beautiful trees and flowers. The garden and driveway are shared with the main house, but you have the guest house and two patios all to yourselves. There’s plenty of room for everyone!
Right outside the door is a small seating area that catches the morning and early afternoon sun.
There’s also a seating area on a terrace on the lawn that gets sun in the afternoon and evening. A grill is available, and you can borrow bicycles.
The Village of Örum
Örum is a small village with about 20 houses, all built in the traditional style. The village has bocce courts, and it’s only about 1 km to Örums Nygård (spa & restaurant) and Örum 119 (pizzeria, ice cream stand, and bakery with morning pastries).
