First Floor: Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms - convenient for guests preferring main-level access.
Second Floor: Four additional bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a pool table, and access to a large outdoor deck overlooking Mangonia Lake.

The 35x15-foot heated pool is the centerpiece, ideal for both invigorating morning swims and peaceful evening dips. We have a strict no-pets policy. Exceptions: Service animals and emotional support animals (ESA) are always welcome in compliance with federal and state law.
Unauthorized Animals: Any pet or animal not approved as a service animal or ESA is considered unauthorized and may incur a $1,000 fine.

The county has currently put a fire ban in place due to the ongoing drought conditions. Because of this, we kindly ask that the outdoor firepit not be used during your stay.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR WATERFRONT PROPERTY
Please note that Lake Mangonia is a non-motorized lake, and swimming is not allowed. After
confirmation of booking is received, a separate liability waiver will be shared electronically, as
required by our insurance company.
