This is a very clean and comfortable downstairs duplex with a yard on a canal. We got a visit from some manatees! Quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. The Cabana Club was very nice with an Olympic size pool and hot tub. Cute shop and excellent food. Small beach with chairs. Lots of great restaurants and shopping close by. Property manager was very nice and responsive.

The property was very clean. Loved! Enjoy sitting out by the dock, watching the pelicans fly by and fishing. I would love to come back again
