Nestled in the heart of a peaceful little village, this recently renovated Touraine farmhouse houses three welcoming gîtes. Its 11,000 m² grounds and 10 x 5 m swimming pool will surely charm you. Close to the Loire Valley châteaux, Beauval Zoo, Futuroscope, Loches, and the vineyards of Touraine. This cottage is ideally located, a perfect starting point for combining cultural discoveries and moments of relaxation. Le Souffle du Vent is one of three cottages, located side by side in the same house. It accommodates up to 7 people. Expect to discover a bright and uncluttered 120m² accommodation, ideal for holidays with family or friends. Upon entering, a beautiful, elegant, and bright living space opens up before you. It comprises a living room, a dining area, and a large kitchen. You will find a washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, filter coffee maker, Senseo espresso machine, kettle, and all the necessary crockery and utensils for a pleasant and independent stay. For everyone's comfort, the cottage has a double bedroom on the first floor with a private shower room and toilet, while upstairs there is a second double bedroom and a bedroom with three single beds, ideal for children or friends. The living room is equipped with a TV with digital terrestrial channels, books and board games, and you will have access to Wi-Fi. Each cottage has a private, quiet, and pleasant terrace equipped with a barbecue to fully enjoy the sunny days and extend summer evenings in a relaxed atmosphere. Peaceful. A large private parking area is available within the property, fully enclosed by a perimeter wall and secured by a gate, allowing you to park your vehicles with complete peace of mind. To help you travel light, we offer bed linen and towels as an optional extra (€15 per person for a complete kit: sheets and towels). This rental will be payable upon arrival.
